The Sustainable Energy and Environment Coalition (SEEC) Institute is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Events and Communications Intern to support our work. This role is ideal for someone interested in using and building upon their communications and project coordination skills to advance climate and clean energy solutions.
The Sustainable Energy and Environment Coalition (SEEC) is a caucus in the U.S. House of Representatives, founded in 2009. It includes 100 Members of Congress who advocate for durable and effective environmental policies. In late 2023, our nonprofit organization SEEC Institute was created to address the need for deeper collaboration, more opportunities to convene, and strategic planning to advance climate and clean energy priorities. SEEC Institute works to bring together Congress, the private sector, climate and environmental advocates, academics, and other experts, fostering more regular and meaningful connections and collaboration among stakeholders. Through these partnerships, SEEC Institute seeks to increase understanding, build support, and drive action on critical climate and environmental issues.
