Tax Policy for a Clean Economy in the 119th Congress

SEEC Institute is requesting proposals for a project to evaluate what specific provisions could be included in 2025 tax legislation that would most effectively reduce greenhouse gas emissions, create clean economy jobs, and stimulate economic growth. We seek to list those provisions, quantify (as much as possible) why each provision is listed, and offer guidance on how to structure the provisions to achieve the quantified results.
